BACKGROUND OF THE PRINCIPALS


Craig S. Wilkinson, President and CEO
has more than 30 years of foreign exchange, multi-currency asset/liability management and derivatives trading including positions at the senior management levels of major financial institutions. Mr. Wilkinson founded the General Partner in January 1993 as its President and CEO. He became listed as a principal and licensed as an associated person of the General Partner on October 11, 1993 and of the Trading Manager on June 23, 2006 and July 3, 2006, respectively.
From September 1998 until September 2001, the General Partner was contracted to establish and manage Petrocom Energy Group Ltd. ("Petrocom"), a privately held Houston based energy trading and marketing company that was active in both the physical and financial sectors of the natural gas, crude and crude products areas of the energy markets. Under this arrangement, Mr. Wilkinson was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Petrocom and was responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance as well tax and financial reporting for both the regulated and unregulated sides of Petrocom's activities. Mr. Wilkinson's responsibilities also included indentifying and quantifying Petrocom's portfolio exposure and maintaining it within stated risk parameters for both the client side and proprietary trading activities.
Mr. Wilkinson managed CSW Investments, a privately-held investment company, from June 1987 until January 1993. From June 1989 until January 1991, he served as Vice President and Manager of FX Risk Exposure in the Foreign Exchange Division at Texas Commerce Bank in Houston, Texas. Texas Commerce Bank was a wholly owned subsidiary of Chemical Banking Corporation, a Delaware-based bank holding company which ranked as one of the larger banks in the United States in its own right with assets of approximately $17 billion at the end of its 1992 fiscal year. This division was responsible for making markets with corporate clients and interbank counterparties in foreign exchange and related products while initiating and managing proprietary trading programs for its own account.
Prior to moving to the Houston area, Mr. Wilkinson spent two years in Wellington, New Zealand from June 1987 until June 1989, as the Senior Vice President and Head of Foreign Exchange and Foreign Currency Products for Bank of New Zealand ("BNZ"), the largest indigenous commercial bank in that country. In this capacity, he directed the activities of an 18-member dealing team that maintained an active presence in spots, forwards, multi-currency deposit trading, currency and interest-rate swaps and related derivative products such as options, futures and forward rate agreements. In addition, he also had joint responsibility for the National Sales team, Global Asset/Liability Management and a seven-nation Global Dealing Room Network.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, Mr. Wilkinson worked as Vice President and Treasurer of BNZ's Los Angeles Office from November 1984 until June 1987. His responsibilities included staffing, training and implementation of business plans for the Interbank Trading Asset/Liability Management and the Corporate Advisory teams.
Prior to working with BNZ, Mr. Wilkinson was actively involved from June 1979 until November 1984 in treasury management with Bank of America. Serving as Vice President and Chief Trader of Interbank Trading, Head of the Financial Markets Advisory Service and Head Trader of the Option Desks, his primary responsibilities emphasized formulating business plans, meeting targeted financial objectives, staffing, training and shared supervisory responsibilities for a 23-member dealing team. He was an associated person of Banc of America Finance Services Inc, a futures commission merchant, from June 1983 to October 1984.
Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Wilkinson worked for two years as the Assistant Vice President and Head Trader of the ABN/AMRO Bank NV in Los Angeles. In the period from January 1978 until June 1979, he managed a Foreign Exchange and Euro-Dollar trading operation that focused on expanding its multinational corporate base through providing accurate market information and highly personalized service.

Susan B. Wilkinson, Vice President & Secretary
is a co-founder of the General Partner. Prior to joining the General Partner in October 1993, she was the Vice-President of CSW Investments, a privately-held investment company, from June 1987 until January 1993. She became listed as a principal of the General Partner on July 23, 1996 and licensed as an associated person on September 30, 1996. Mrs. Wilkinson also became a principal and an associated person of the Trading Manager on June 24, 2008.
From August 1993 until September 1995, Mrs. Wilkinson was the Assistant Director of Christ Memorial Lutheran Church's Pre-School in Houston, Texas. From May 1991 through September 1992, Mrs. Wilkinson worked as the Director of Education for the pre-school program at Memorial Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas. She was a full-time housewife from January 1993 to August 1993 and from February 1983 to June 1987.
From February 1979 until February 1983, Mrs. Wilkinson worked in the Los Angeles Office of Bankers Trust Co. NY as an Assistant Treasurer on the Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets Sales Team. Her primary function in this capacity was to analyze current conditions in the financial markets and assist multinational corporations in their hedging programs.
From June 1973 until February 1979, Mrs. Wilkinson worked with Chase Manhattan Bank NA, Los Angeles as a Foreign Exchange Trader and a member of the Financial Markets Sales Team. Here she priced interbank transactions to trading counterparties, ran her own risk positions and advised corporations on their financial markets transactions.
