WHO WE ARE

Treasury Management Services, Inc. (TMS Inc.) is a Texas Corporation that was founded in January 1993. It is registered, along with its principals, with The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and The National Futures Association (NFA) as a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) and a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).

In the fund management and administration areas of its various activities, TMS Inc. acts as both the General Partner & Commodity Pool Operator for Triad Trading Fund LP & Triad Trading Fund Cayman Islands Ltd, a multiple advisor energy trading fund.

It also acts in the same capacity for TriFex trading Fund LP, a multiple strategy commodity trading fund that focuses on the commodity markets in general and the currency & financial markets in particular. TMS Inc., in concert with an associated company, TMS Capital Management, Ltd. (TMS Ltd.) also offers a Financial Markets Advisory Service (FMAS) program that is designed to provide professionally managed hedging programs for small to medium sized companies that are involved in international trade & finance.

TMS Capital Management Ltd (TMS Ltd.) is a Texas Limited Partnership that was founded in July 2006. It is registered, along with its principals, with The Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and The National Futures Association (NFA) as a Commodity Trading Advisors (CTA) and The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). TMS Capital Management, LTD is a trading advisor for Triad Trading Fund LP, Triad Trading Fund Cayman Islands Ltd, TriFex Trading Fund LP and various Managed Accounts as well as for its own propritary accounts.

Treasury Management Services International (TMSI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of TMS Inc. and is registered with the Financial Services Authority (UK) as an authorized Advisor and Arranger. Its primary focus is to assist non US domiciled clients in accessing our offshore programs such as Triad Trading Fund Cayman Islands Ltd.
