In accordance with SEC regulations TMS is required to know its customers and determine the suitability of our programs for a prospective investor’s portfolio given their financial condition. To facilitate this process each prospective investor must complete a suitability questionnaire which will allow TMS to obtain specific information about a prospective client’s financial condition as well as their investment experience. Our programs are open only to individual clients that are classified as accredited investors and entities that meet certain financial standards.
Note: An accredited individual investor is defined as:
• An individual with either a net-worth of $1,000,000.00 over and above the value of their home or an individual annual income of $200,000.00. A joint account must have either a net-worth of $1,000,000.00 over and above the value of their home or a joint annual income of $300,000.00. In addition, accredited investors must have some level of investment experience.
• An entity is an organization that has $5,000,000.00 in assets and was not formed specially to invest in our products.
