This service not only assists the corporate client in the traditional areas of identifying and quantifying risk, defining corporate policy and designing hedging strategies, it also takes the process through several additional steps that substantially reduce its client's transactional costs in the Foreign Exchange, Derivative Products and Money Markets.

Initially, we work with the client to identify and quantify its foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and assist in the design of appropriate market risk strategies to manage these exposures. These strategies are based on the client's risk tolerance profiles, market return objectives and resource constraints.

Secondly, we work with the client to establish trading and depository relationships with a number of investment and commercial banks that are primary market makers in numerous over-the-counter and exchange traded financial markets products. The addition of this group to the client's usual sources of pricing promotes the desired level of competition for our client business, access to new markets and the increased market intelligence necessary to manage the client's market risks.

Thirdly, we work with the client to achieve the best possible price execution for its financial markets' transactions in either the futures or forward markets by acting as the client's agent in implementing mutually predetermined strategies.

Finally, we reconcile the clients statements and produce monthly reports that measure the level of market risk and success of the program.
