Bill is a recognized expert in energy trading with approximately 20 years of experience in the industry. Bill’s energy trading experience covers nearly every segment of the energy trading industry progressing from the E&P sector, to NGL (natural gas liquid) and Refining, to natural gas, and to power/electricity. In addition he is a private investor in Energy Trading, and in Oil & Gas drilling ventures.
Bill has distinguished himself in the energy trading industry and brings his expertise to Treasury Management Services, Inc. He has a BSIM in Industrial Management from Purdue University (1978) and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago (1983).
Bill’s professional licenses include the Series 3 & 63.

John has more than 30 years of experience in currency trading, asset/liability management and market risk management responsibilities for some of the top-tier international banking institutions in the world. During his career John has excelled as a proprietary trader, a Treasury Manager and as an institutional board member. These positions include:
  • Global Managing Director of Treasury of Rabobank, Utrecht
  • UK Treasurer of ABN AMRO Bank London, UK
  • Chief Of Staff & Executive Director of Lehman Brothers, London UK
  • Country Treasurer of the Netherlands and France, Citibank N.A.
  • Head of Global Foreign Exchange & Money Markets Texas Commerce Bank, Texas
  • Head of Interbank Trading for the West Coast of the U.S., Bank of America N.A.
In addition to overseeing all European account relations and risk management for Treasury Management Services, Inc., John is also a past Member of the Joint Standing Committee for Foreign Exchange of the Bank of England.
John’s professional licenses include the Series 3 & 63.

Kelly is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in both the domestic and international energy markets. His broad based experience as a trader, head of trading groups and senior management has resulted in his rising to the level of group head, head trader or president of several major companies that have operated across a broad spectrum of the energy industry.
He has successfully functioned as an independent trader, gaining extensive experience in the financial futures & options markets as well as the physical energy markets. He also has extensive risk management experience in trading the currency, interest rate and stock index products.
Kelly received his B.B.A. in Finance at Texas A&M at College Station, Texas as well as completing Rice University’s Management Program in 1992.
Kelly’s professional licenses include the Series 3 & 63.

Becky is responsible for the administration of client investments with Treasury Management Services, Inc. She has 9 years experience with various financial institutions, such as Washington Mutual and the Miller-Green Financial Group. In addition she has experience working in the energy clearing house industry. Becky has received her BBA in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and has continued to develop through ongoing education programs designed for the financial markets & brokerage industries. She currently is in the process of obtaining her Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) certification.
Becky's professional licenses include the Series 3, 63 and Group 1.

In addition to being an officer of TMS, Inc., Kristin is involved in fund administration and accounting. She has interned at various accounting firms while obtaining her degrees. Kristin is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University and has a BBA in Accounting and a BS in Accounting. She is in the process of obtaining her CPA.

Todd is a graduate of the McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University - San Marcos, Texas with a BBA in Finance. He was active in school governance acting as the Student Body Treasurer as well as the Judical Board's lead prosecutor for the Inter Fraternity Council.
He has interned with the TMS Group for several years as both a trading administrator and an assistant trader/risk manager.
